




Clients come to me because they are one of the following: time poor, missed out on properties and just can’t seem to buy the property they want. Sadly, many people across Queensland and Australia don’t understand what a buyers agent does. I firstly meet with aclient, understand their pain points (as mentioned earlier) and then if signed up, I firstly understand their budget and “wants” - I charge a % fee of their purchase price (of the home) which includes, developing a strategic road map for them, I conduct the searches, video ’ingor face timing all they way through, then if the client likes it, I tend to book another a private visit with the realtors for my clients to walk through. I then handle the negotiation, through to the building and pest reports, liaising with their financier (Mortgage Broker) and then finally arranging the conveyances and communicate with my clients all the way through until they get their keys. I also have many relocation partners that I work with to help them with their
big day to moving.
The persona of first home buyers are predominantly low in budget and find dealing with Real Estate Agents overwhelming and at times they feel invisible at open homes. They are really unprepared for the buying experience and the stress it brings them. For First Home Buyers I
charge a flat fee as I understand how scary it is for them and don’t want to add further stress to them but charging a % fee based on them only having a small amount.
The remaining home buyers want to know what they’re buying is “on the money” as they know that Realtors will bleed them as they work for the Home Owners not the buyers, hence why I become their voice of reason. Every Agent has a 10-30% market up on the price of the home so it’s key that purchases build a rapport with me and reliability on my advice and local knowledge to find them their home for the right price.
